Steps for removing a transaction:
- Open your account and click on the “History” tab.
- By default, the list of transactions will be shown. If you do not see it after selecting “History,” choose “All Transactions” from the drop-down menu in the top left. Enter your search parameters to locate the contested transaction (date, payer, etc.). Once you’ve found it, select the checkbox to the right of its name.
- Select “Delete Checked Items” in step three. You’ll be given the option to remove just this transaction or all chosen items in a pop-up window (if more than one were selected).
- Click “Delete Selected” in the next pop-up window.
- A notification indicating that the transaction has been successfully deleted from your history list will appear. Click “Refresh” in the navigation bar of your browser to update it (top left). After that, you may either close the window or keep looking for more transactions to delete.
